GB99 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Bonuses & Fair Use

1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and GB99 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account on GB99, making a deposit, or using any part of the platform — including sports betting, fish games, bingo, live casino, slots and all associated promotions — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or continue using GB99. These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device or method used to access the platform — whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser or any future GB99 application.

These Terms are written in English for Pakistan players. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and GB99.

2. Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use GB99, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. GB99 is strictly an adult platform.
• You must be registering as an individual person acting on your own behalf — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your real name and a valid Pakistan mobile number.
• You must not already hold another GB99 account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must not be using a VPN, proxy or other tool to obscure your actual location or identity during registration or gameplay.

Account Verification

GB99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point — particularly before processing withdrawals above certain PKR thresholds. Verification may involve submitting a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued ID. This is standard practice on all responsible gaming platforms and is done to protect players and ensure payments reach the correct individual.

Failure to complete verification when requested may result in temporary account restrictions until the process is complete. GB99 does not share your verification documents with third parties except where required by applicable law or to prevent fraud.

Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your GB99 account, including all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact GB99 support immediately via live chat.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

GB99 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for Pakistan players:

• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — fast bank-to-bank transfers via Pakistan's national instant payment system
• Bank Transfer — all major Pakistani commercial banks including HBL, MCB, UBL, Meezan, Allied Bank and Bank Alfalah
• Debit and Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile payment services as added from time to time

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit on GB99 is PKR 500. There are no deposit fees charged by GB99 on any payment method, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are credited to your GB99 account balance instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers and card deposits are typically confirmed within minutes during business hours but may take longer in exceptional circumstances.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. GB99 aims to process all standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours. VIP members benefit from priority withdrawal processing times.

GB99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds. Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

GB99 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of PKR 10,000. This bonus is credited automatically — no promo code is required. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested from the bonus-derived balance. The bonus and any associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of crediting.

PSL & Ongoing Promotions

During Pakistan Super League seasons and other major cricket events, GB99 runs match-day deposit boosts and sports betting promotions. These are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page. Fish games cashback, bingo bonuses, reload offers and VIP rewards all have their own terms published alongside each promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Each player is eligible for each specific offer only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting bonus terms — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• GB99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or a violation of these Terms.
• Minimum odds restrictions may apply to sports betting bonuses — check the relevant promotion page for details.
• Free-play or free-spin bonuses, if offered, are subject to their own maximum win caps and wagering terms as stated at the time of the offer.

5. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on GB99 — including slots, fish games, bingo, live casino table games and arcade titles — are powered by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or operated by professional live dealers. GB99 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Players are expected to use the platform in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using any software, script, bot or automated tool to interact with GB99 games or the platform in a way not intended for regular players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any GB99 game, feature or proprietary technology.

If a technical issue interrupts a game session — such as a disconnection during a live casino hand or a fish game round — GB99's system will record the last confirmed game state. Bets already confirmed and accepted before the interruption stand. GB99 support can be contacted via live chat to resolve any disputed game session outcomes.

6. Sports Betting Rules

GB99's sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, the Champions Trophy and bilateral series — as well as football, esports and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on GB99:

Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the odds are locked in for that bet. GB99 reserves the right to void bets placed on obviously incorrect odds caused by a system or data feed error.

Void Bets & Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed before the standard completion point, bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned. For cricket specifically, the DLS method result is accepted as the official result for rain-affected matches where applicable. Specific void rules for individual markets are displayed on the relevant betting page.

Live Betting

In-play or live betting markets are offered on selected matches including PSL games and T20 internationals. Live odds update in real time. There may be brief periods during which live markets are suspended — for example, during a wicket or a video review — and no bets can be placed during these suspension windows. GB99 is not liable for any bets that could not be placed during a legitimate suspension period.

Maximum Payouts

Individual market maximum payout limits apply. These are displayed on the betting slip before you confirm a bet. GB99 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

7. Account Security & Prohibited Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GB99 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. GB99 staff will never ask you for your password — if you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and contact support immediately.

The following conduct is prohibited and will result in immediate account action including suspension or permanent closure:

• Registering or operating more than one GB99 account.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during verification.
• Using a payment account that does not belong to you.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime using the GB99 platform.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing GB99 support staff or other players.
• Attempting to access or interfere with another player's account.
• Using GB99 from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited.

GB99 monitors accounts for suspicious activity on an ongoing basis. Where fraud or abuse is detected, GB99 reserves the right to freeze account balances pending investigation, report relevant information to appropriate authorities, and permanently close the account without prior notice.

8. Responsible Gaming & Age Policy

GB99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Pakistan players. Gaming should always be entertainment — never a way to earn income or recover financial losses.

GB99 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after set periods of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent break from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration chosen.

9. Limitation of Liability

GB99 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

To the maximum extent permitted, GB99's liability to any individual player is limited to the value of funds held in that player's account at the time of any claim. GB99 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, anticipated savings or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, banks or card networks.
• Interruptions to live betting markets caused by data feed failures from third-party sports data providers.
• Any losses arising from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by third-party data or software providers, where the error was not reasonably avoidable.

Nothing in these Terms limits GB99's liability for matters where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence on GB99's part.

10. Changes to These Terms

GB99 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, GB99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of GB99 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and may request a withdrawal of your available balance before closing your account.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. GB99 recommends reviewing this page whenever you notice the "Last Updated" date has changed.
